About Us

Fred and I bought our first Vizsla in 1985; his name was Frisco, "Zoltan's Cherokee Frisco, JH" and he was just the beginning.  Bought as a pet, we slowly got involved  in the dog world, joining the Vizsla Club of America, The Vizsla Club of Greater NY and the Vizsla Club of Northern New Jersey.  In 1986, we bought our second Vizsla, Cody, "Ch. Boelte's Grand Marnier, JH", and we then became involved in conformation, hunting tests and ran a few field trials.  In 1990, we bought our first female, Chelsea, "Ch. Linmar's Chelsea of Maxfield" and she was to become our foundation and in 1994, our first litter was born out of Cody and Chelsea.

Since then, we've bred 9 litters and have had a great time showing many of our dogs and have also been actively involved in AKC hunting tests.  Fred has been a licensed AKC hunting test judge for several years now and it's something he really enjoys doing.  We're also members of the Ramapo Kennel Club, which is an all breed club and have been running their show handling classes for a few years now.
